Day 1: Meet and greet .
After arrival and being met at the Zanzibar International Airport or Seaport, we drive to Stone Town . The Unesco declared World Heritage site - with it's rich history, is a fascinating labyrinth of narrow winding streets with coral rag houses of which some have had collapsed already and many other buildings need repair. Sparkling white beaches on its Islands, clean blue sea with marvelous coral reefs and many species of fish and countless other living organisms, exotic mixture of population and culture, fascinating history and hospitality of its people have all in one way or another influenced the Stone Town of Zanzibar to become the most popular Holiday destination in East Africa. We arrive at Tembo House Hotel, one of the most luxurious sea view hotel in Stone Town and check in. Dinner and stay overnight. B/B.
Day 2: Spice tour
We leave at the hotel for the spice tour at 9:00am . The history of Zanzibar would really be incomplete without spices such as cardamom, pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and many other spices, which brought the Sultans of Oman in the beginnings of the infamous slave trade. A good spice tour includes opportunities to dazzle the sense with fresh tropical fruits and spices and a detailed description about their uses in cooking and cosmetics. This is also the cheapest place to buy spices and perfumes. We arrive back at the hotel around 1:00pm for lunch, dinner and stay over night at Tembo House Hotel.
Day 3: Shopping day This is one of the most important days in your holiday. Take most of your time relaxing and get yourselves prepared for your safari back home on the next day. Remember! This is your last day here in Zanzibar , arrange time to get around on the streets where you can buy some gifts and souvenirs to take home. Dinner and stay over night at Tembo House Hotel.
Day 4:
End of Tour We drive you back to airport or seaport.

Day 1: Meet and greet
Meet and greet at Airport or Seaport. Transfer to East coast at Sau Inn Beach Hotel. The East coast of Zanzibar is situated along the pristine untouched beach stretching as far as the eye can see. The water is relatively shallow, warm and visible and the beaches go on for miles. It is the ultimate getaway retreat providing a stunning recluse for the discerning travelers and a sanctuary for those in search for tranquility, a place to stimulate the sense and to experience the very best of the magical island of Zanzibar . The East coast of Zanzibar offers some of the greatest diving in East Africa , turquoise blue seas, white powder sand and waving palm trees. Dinner and stay overnight at Sau Inn Beach Hotel.
Day 2: Dolphin Adventure
We take our breakfast in the morning and start driving to Kizimkazi Village for Dolphin Tour. This full day excursion will take you to the southern part of zanzibar about one and half an hour drive from the hotel. After swimming and playing with the very friendly dolphins for several hours you will have automatically been given a chance of admiring the wonderful coral reef, Variety of coloured fishes and other attractive marine creatures through snorkeling before getting back to the beach for shower, lunch and beach relaxation. The rich waters of Kizimkazi provide a natural breeding habitat for dolphins and an ideal place for dolphin watching. Spinner dolphins, common dolphins and the false killer whales are the three main dolphins species found here. In the late evening we drive back to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at Sau Inn. B/B
Day 3: Jambiani Village Tour
Jambiani is a fishermen village located on the East coast of Zanzibar about one and half an hour drive from Stone Town . On this day we are going to offer you a cultural village tour to visit some of the cultural sites and villagers working in different professions. A visit to a local organically plantation on coral stones, where farmers cultivate under difficult circumstances, and seaweed farms run by woman are just a part of this very impressive tour with a good chance to learn about the unique culture and the diverse environment of Zanzibar's villages and to meet the friendly Waswahili people. The traditional herbalist will show and give you some detailed information about the uses of the local medicines and herbs before the guide providing you with the history of the village. This tour starts at 8:30am just after taking breakfast and finish after 3 or 4 hours. Dinner and stay overnight at Sau Inn.
Day 4 – 6:
Relaxation You are welcome to experience the hospitality and adventure of this tropical paradise by your own! The glorious sunshine, marvelous diving sites and the brilliant white sand beaches fringed with waving palm trees lapped by the blue warm waters of the Indian Ocean will provide you with the superb opportunities for excursion and Relaxation in general. Water skiing, windsurfing, dhow cruise, sailing and big game fishing can all be organized in this part of the Island . Whether you finish your days by relaxing or doing something extra, the East coast of Zanzibar has everything to offer for you. Dinner and stay overnight at Sau Inn.
Day 7:
Shopping We take breakfast at 8:30 in the morning and leave for Stone Town around 9:30am . We arrive in Stone Town around 12 pm and check in at Tembo House Hotel, one of the most luxurious sea view hotel in Stone Town . You can swim at the pool or relax on the beach until 4pm when the guide will come to pick you up for shopping in the evening. Dinner and stay overnight at Tembo House Hotel. B/B.
Day 8:
End of Tour We drive you back to airport or seaport.

Chumbe Island is a unique nature travel destination on a private island in Zanzibar , Tanzania . Situated 8 km Southwest of Zanzibar town, it is covered by an undisturbed forest and surrounded by a virgin coral reef. The island can be reached in a 30-45 minute boat ride from the Mbweni beach departure point south of Stone town. Dinner and stay overnight at Chumbe Private Bungalows. F/B.
Day 2: Chumbe Excursions
To day ( After taking breakfast) we have planned to show you the Chumbe Reef Sanctuary: The sanctuary has more than 200 species of pristine stone corals, more than 400 species of fish and regularly visiting turtles and dolphins. This spectacular reef can be observed by snorkeling under the guidance of trained Park Rangers. In the evening you can visit the Chumbe Forest Reserve : a coral rag forest with a unique flora and wildlife including numerous reptiles, birds, crabs and the rare nocturnal Coconut Crab. The Forest Nature Trails are also visited under the guidance of trained Park Rangers, on the way you will also visit the historic buildings : built by the British in 1904; these include the lighthouse, which offers breath-taking views of the Island and of Zanzibar, and the mosque that was built with an elaborate design and is still in use by the Chumbe team. Day 3: Relaxation.
This is your leisure day, you have to relax and get yourselves prepared for your tomorrow's transfer to Sau Inn Beach Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at Chumbe Private Bungalows. F/B.
Day 4: East coast.
After breakfast, we take a motor boat to Mbweni ruins Hotel where we meet our driver and tour guide. From there, we drive direct to East coast with jozani forest tour enroute. Jozani Forest is the home of the red colobus monkeys, a rare species found only in Zanzibar . Other species include Sykes monkeys, small buck, chameleon and bush pigs. Jozani has excellent nature trails and the guides are well trained and informative. A walk through this impressive flora and fauna is one of the highlights Zanzibar has to offer. It takes just 45 minutes drive from Mbweni Ruins. In the afternoon we continue with our safari to East coast and arrive at Sau Inn Beach Hotel for lunch and leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at Sau Inn. B/B.
Day 5: Dolphin Adventure.

On these 3 leisure days, by your own - you can relax, swim on the hotel' swimming pool, and sunbathe on the snow white beaches, go on fishing tour, diving, cycling or just relax at the hotel. You can also walk to the village and meet different friendly local people around the village. Dinner and stay over night at Sau Inn. B/B.
